Functionality Notes:
The machine is a 3rd-Owner unit. Hours ran with this owner approximately 3,000 hours in 4 years. Current owner has done the following work on the machine: Belleville spring and washer configuration for tool holder tensioning system; LCD screen replacement in 2023; new spindle inverter and encoder February 2024; Calmotion USB card reader; air and water at spindle head; new glass in window. Unit also has a High Voltage Power Board which translates to easy switch between low voltage (220) to high voltage (440) electrical services.
Machine was reviewed in January 2024 by Fadal tech expert; new spindle inverter and encoder installed. Everything was aligned and measured for run out on all axes. Turcite in good condition.
